Authors and database preserved right

The content and design from the Baja Beach Club (in housing the website, the internet site and any from of expression with no exception of carrier) has preserved authors and database rights. For copying, saving and spreading de (partial) content and design with no exception of expression is prohibited without written approval of the Baja Beach Club or owner.

For usage you can contact the department of Marketing and Public Relations from the Baja Beach Club via pr@baja.nl or via +31 (0) 10 213 1180.

Principally it isn't allowed to use materials from the Baja Beach Club for any usage. In some situations an exception is made.

Please state with your request the parts/pictures/content/design you want to use.

Also state were and why you want to include this part and the form of publication.
