Club Policy
The rules apply to every visitor that enters
The Baja Beach Club.
 
  1. Our guests aren't allowed to be under influence of drugs or alcohol.
  2. Our guests aren't allowed to sell or buy drugs.
  3. Our guests aren’t allowed to be aggressive at the entrance or in the club. Both physical and verbal.
  4. Big groups of guests aren't allowed unless they have a reservation and evidence of that reservation.
  5. Our guests must have a clean and neat appearance. For instance;
    No sportswear of sport shoes
    No ripped clothes
    No provocative clothes
    No caps
    No dirty clothes or uncared appearance.
  6. Guests that have caused problems in the past can be hold at the entrance and will have no access.
  7. Guests have to be at least 18 years. In case of doubt they have to prove that they are at age by showing there ID. Guests who refuse to show their ID can be hold at the entrance and will have no access.
  8. Guests who refuse to pay at the cash register will be hold at the entrance and will have no access.
  9. When it is too busy, there is a special occasion or we have a VIP list, there will be space reserved for these people. This rule also applies for private party's and can lead to no access at the entrance.
  10. Guests that won't walk through the metal detectors will be hold at the entrance and will have no access.
  11. When our metal detector finds an object that possibly can be used as a weapon, the guest will have no access.
  12. Sexual harassments and collaboration of groups aren't accepted.
  13. In case of emergency you are required to listen to the instructions of the crew and security.
  14. You are responsible for your own properties. We don't accept any responsibility of theft/damage and/or lost.
  15. You aren’t allowed to take any of our properties outside. This also applies for bottles and glasses. Whoever causes damage is also responsible to pay for the damage.
  16. The Baja Beach Club is allowed to make photos and videos for own commercial purpose. None of this material will be published in 3rd party usage.

Anybody in violation of these rules with no exception of gender, race, believe or sexual preference will be reported to the Police. Also there will be a permanent restrain from the Baja Beach Club.
